Bio
Anne-Laure Le Cunff is a neuroscientist, entrepreneur, and writer. She holds a PhD in Psychology & Neuroscience from King’s College London, where she researches the neuroscience of curiosity and its applications to ADHD, AI, mental health, and lifelong learning. She is the founder of Ness Labs, an online learning community that teaches knowledge workers how to apply an experimental mindset for better creativity, productivity, and mental health. Her weekly newsletter reaches over 120,000 readers. Previously, she worked as an executive on Google’s digital health team. Her book, Tiny Experiments: How to Live Freely in a Goal-Obsessed World, was published in 2025.
